What we built with n8n

- Data enrichment: For each prospect, the system pulls LinkedIn data, recent news, and company-specific context that makes personalization possible.
- AI-personalized email generation: A prompt engineering layer uses the enriched data to write emails that reference specific, verifiable details about each prospect. Not mail-merge templates — actual personalization.
- Sequence automation: The system manages follow-up timing, removes responders from sequences, and routes positive replies to a human sales rep immediately.
Three months of results
In the first 90 days, the agency grew its active client base by 250%. Response rates were 3.2× higher than the previous manual outreach, specifically because of the personalization quality.
The system sends up to 1,000 personalized emails per day — a 10× increase over the team's manual capacity — with deliverability maintained above 95% through proper warm-up, domain rotation, and sending pattern management.
